Learning outcomes
On completion, learners will be able to:
โข Critically evaluate strategy, policy and leadership in health and social care.
โข Apply advanced knowledge of governance, quality and risk at managerial level.
โข Lead change, manage resources and develop people in care organisations.
โข Conduct applied research to inform evidence-based practice.
Eligibility & entry requirements
Learners must hold an honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification; OR be a mature learner with relevant management experience. Learners are typically 21+ (19+ in some centres). Non-native English speakers must evidence English language competency (e.g. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent). On completion, learners may progress to a relevant Master's top-up programme.
