What you will learn

On completion, learners will be able to: • Critically evaluate strategy, policy and leadership in health and social care. • Apply advanced knowledge of governance, quality and risk at managerial level. • Lead change, manage resources and develop people in care organisations. • Conduct applied research to inform evidence-based practice.

Entry requirements

Learners must hold an honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification; OR be a mature learner with relevant management experience. Learners are typically 21+ (19+ in some centres). Non-native English speakers must evidence English language competency (e.g. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent). On completion, learners may progress to a relevant Master's top-up programme.
