What you will learn

On completion, learners will be able to: • Design and secure enterprise network infrastructures. • Apply advanced routing, switching and wireless networking concepts. • Implement cyber security controls, monitoring and incident response. • Perform vulnerability assessment and penetration-testing fundamentals. • Evaluate governance, risk and compliance in networked environments.

Entry requirements

Open to learners aged 18+ who hold a relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g. GCE A/L) or equivalent. Mature learners (21+) with relevant work experience are also considered. Non-native English speakers should evidence English language competency (e.g. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). Progression into the Level 5 units requires successful completion of Level 4 or an equivalent Level 4 qualification.
